RULES AND REGULATIONS

Timetables

The times in the camping will be modified according to the season, sun hours and occupation.

The times will appear modified in every facility.

RECEPTION HOURS 11.11.2020:

  • Receptionists’  office hours: from 09:00h to 21:00h.
  • Concierge hours: 21:00h to 09:0h.
  • Hours for payments and services: 09:00 h. to 21:00h.
  • No check in after 22.00 h., except: clients with booking confirmations.

OPENING TIMES OF THE GATE FOR THE ACCESS TO THE ACCOMMODATION–RESTAURANT–BEACH:

Important: for the opening of this gate you must ask at Reception for an access keyring, which will be given under the payment of a 5€ deposit. These 5€ will be refund whenever the access keyring is given back at Reception, it will not be possible to refund them in case of loss.

  • Access hours: from 08:00 h. to 21:00 h.
  • From 21:00 h. :
    • The access to the beach can be done through the parking of the camping, calling or informing the concierge at Reception.
    • Regarding the access to the camping from the beach, within these hours, you can do it calling to the telephone numbers:

HOURS FOR THE ACCESS TO THE CAMPING WITH VEHICLES:

Vehicles are only authorized to drive on the roads of the accommodations area from 08:00 h. to 23:59 h.

  • In case that you need to leave with the vehicle between 00:00 h. and 08:00 h. you must park the vehicle in the parking of the camping.

OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL HOURS:

  • In Low season from approximately September to April:
    • Morning:11.00 – 18.00 h.
    • Afternoon:

HEATED SWIMMING POOL HOURS:

  • In Low season from approximately the 15th September to April:
    • from 10:00 h. to 19:40 h. (therapeutic and prepaid use)
  • In Low season from approximately April to the 14th of June:

QUIET TIMES:

Our Camping is a tourist complex where clients enjoy the contact with nature and its environment. That is why we place much importance to the quiet time during the afternoon and the evening, paying really attention to the one of the night.

  1. Low season (01.01 to 14.06): 14.30 h. to 15:30 h. and from 24:00 h. to 08:00 h.
  2. High season (15.06 to 14.09): 14.30 h. to 16:30 h. and from 24:00 h. to 08:00 h.
  3. Low season (15.09 to 14.06): 14.30 h. to 15:30 h. and from 24:00 h. to 08:00 h.
  4. During the quiet time; for special meetings, celebrations, etc., you can make use of the area opposite to Reception – barbecue area or you can even use the football field, which is lighted at night.

SUPERMARKET AND CAFETERIA HOURS:

  • Low season:
    • Morning: from 08:30 h. to 13:00 h.
    • Afternoon/evening: from 17:30 h. to 19:30 h.
    • Wednesday afternoon and Sunday afternoon closed – Staff break
  • High season:
    • Morning: from 08:30 h. to 14:00 h.
    • Afternoon/evening: from 17:30 h. to 20:30 h.

RESTAURANT HOURS:

  • Opened from 13:00 h. to 21:00 h. (from 11.11.2020)
    • Tuesday closed – Staff break
  • Kitchen hours from 13:00 h. to 20:45 h.
    • Tuesday closed – Staff break
